“This workshop delivered way beyond my expectations. Firstly, we discussed useful principles regarding conscious relationships. This alone was worthwhile, but it was in the embodiment exercises we practiced that my mind was blown. It’s difficult to put into words, I experienced a balance and alignment of energies between myself and the person I was partnered with that I had never before felt. It was an eye opener and a glimpse into the potential for a tangible, mind-body, conscious connection with a potential partner. An enjoyable day, I highly recommend it.”
