Individual Coaching

One-to-one sessions provide personalised attention, allowing me to quickly identify blind spots and guide you through change. This private format helps you release stuck energy, heal painful experiences, and practise new ways of relating. Once you begin dating, individual coaching ensures you have tailored support to implement new behaviours and overcome challenges as they arise.

Group Coaching

Weekly online sessions follow a structured healing roadmap, with each topic building on the last. You’ll receive meaningful homework assignments and integrate insights into subsequent calls. The group format fosters connection and understanding among participants with shared experiences, creating a powerful sense of community. To enhance resonance, we offer separate cohorts for men and women.
